This book is about two kids,Kendra and Seth. They go to visit their Grandpa who lives on an acerage. They soon learn the secret about how the acreage is really a secret refuge for magical creatures a family and a gigantic cow. My favorite part is when they discover the secrets and creatures the name of the refuge is Fablehaven. Many things happen here especially on festival nights. My favorite part is when Seth disobeys Grandpa Sorenson's directions and is tricked on a festival night, he opens the window when he sees a baby on the roof with some wolves, scared that it will fall or that the wolfs will attack it.
