Kendra discovers and increases her knowledge about her new fairy kind abillites, seth attemps to sneak batteries to the satyrs(goat men) so they can watch shows on their portable tv 24/7. Mean while Kendra and Warren go out in search of the hidden artifact. I would recomend this book for anyone to read if you love adventure, magical, mystical and amazing creatures and cars that go from plain old house cats to overgrown, three headed acid spitting panters.

Crime and Detection is an Usborne True Stories book it includes 10 amazing stories about crimes, robbery, lies, and murders. This book is very well written and I suggest to anyone who enjoys mystery, solving crimes and wonderful twists on each story! These stories are all true and I enjoy a lot. Crime and Detection is a book that you won’t want to put down and after you are done the book look for more books in the series such a Spies!

The Rohirrim go to the ancient stronghold of Helm`s Deep. Saruman has sent an army of 10,000 Uruk-Hai to attack. Luckily, the Elves of Lothlorien have sent an army of 300 Elves, Led by Haldir. The battle goes long into the night, and just when it looks like there is no more hope, Gandalf comes with an army of Rohirrim. About Merry and Pippin: they escaped after a group of Rohirrim attacks their Uruk captors. Merry and Pippin run into the ancient Fangorn Forest, where they meet Treebeard and the Ents. Merry, Pippin, Treebeard, and the Ents go to Isengard, where they attack the remaining Orcs and Uruk-Hai and end the Terrible reign of Isengard.

My favourite part of the book was the mission ,the Q boat. The q boat was a boat that could just about do any thing it could go under water , it had jet engines and it had a lot more.

This book is about funny and dumb signs, ads and newspaper headlines. I recommend this great book for people with lots of humour. My favourite sign is on page 18 and it says “We can fix anything Please knock hard door bell is broken”. This book has 96 pages and Scholastic wrote this book.

In the first book of this series, Harry gets a letter from Hogwarts telling him he can come but his aunt and uncle try to not let him get it. Finally he gets his letter and goes to Hogwarts where he learns more about his life and about his parents before they were killed by an evil wizard named Voldemort. My favourite part was when Harry and his friends are in a game of wizards chess. I recommend this book to people who like magic.

Ship wreck on pirate islands is about Geronimo going on a vacation but when he is on a plane with his nephew, cousin and sister. There happens to be a thunder storm then the plane crashes on one of the Pirate Islands now they have to survive and figure a way out of the island.
My favourite part of this book would be when they have to solve a riddle of a pirate ghost.
I would recommend this book to people who like survival books and of course the Geronimo Stilton series.

The 1st part of the classic trilogy, a young hobbit named Frodo Baggins has a quest bestowed upon him, a mighty quest that will take all his willpower and courage. That quest is to destroy the 1 ring of power made by the dark lord Sauron in the first age. On his way he will meet friend and foe alike, along with 8 other companions,3 of them Hobbits(Sam, Merry, and Pippin) like him,2 of them Men(Aragorn and Boromier) ,1 Elf(Legolas),1 Dwarf(Gimli), and a wizard named Gandalf, who he is very close friends with. They go through various challenges such as the mines of Moria, Amon Hen (an ancient structure) and many others. At the end the fellowship separates, with Frodo and Sam going to Mordor, Boromier dead, Merry and Pippin carried away by the Uruk-Hai, Aragorn, Legolas and Gimli going after them, And Gandalf seemingly perishing.

Olivia Kidney and the exit acadamy

Olivia moves to another apartment and it is the weirdest one yet. She has too take a boat to get to her room but she can't swim in that water because there are snapping turtles. Olivia starts to think the apartment manager has been hiding something and Olivia wants to know what it is. Olivia is mostly a tomboy some girly not much at all. This is a story about a kid named George who had an idea to blow his grandma away. George is a 10 year old kid who lives with his Mom and Dad. He goes to his grandmas house when his Parent have to go to work and he has to do chores for like 2 hours then he gives his grandma her Medicine at 11:00. He only has 2 hours to make the medicine so George poured out the real medicine and put in red paint and car wash liquid and other things... george was really mad at his grandma right then because she was making George do a lot of chores like taking out the trash filling and unloading the dishwasher.

Greg's Dad hates how wimpy he is and when he see what a milatary academy can do for a teenage rebel. He singn's Greg up for Milatary academy. My favorite part of the book is when Greg wispers PLOOPY to his little brother Manny in the middle of the Easter service and Manny has a Spazz.I recamed this book to Kids who enjoy comedy and Cartoon's.

This book is about an owl named nyroc and he becomes an outcast because his parents are villains and he goes and run away from where he lived and says “I have no name” cause he hates his parents and so he his haunted by his father everyday then he goes to a forest called ambala and he meets three great grey owls and compared to him they are huge but there was one small one and to nyroc he was actually big and so they say he can stay there for one night then in the morning he has to leave the next day and so they also tell him the hollow is haunted by a fish owl named Simon and so one of the other great grey owls tells the one that told nyroc that the hollow was haunted “no need to scare the kid” and so nyroc goes and the hollow and he finds two green iridescent flying snake of ambala the boys name was stingyll and the girls name was slynella and so the snakes tell him she is looking for him and he think they are talking about his mother but they are talking about an owl named mist and so they lead him to here and she lives in an eagles nest and he was shocked that they could fly and they tell him that mist is an old owl and that she is not like other owls and so when they get there he see’s two big owls ones name was streak and the other eagles name was zan and I almost forgot nyroc is a barn owl and so then the owl named mist comes out and mist surrounds her and she is 50% transparent so mist and nyroc talk and so she lets him live there for awhile and she teaches him how to read and write and tells him stories to clear his mind of his dreaded parents and he learns how to read and write and spells his name using the two snakes and then to have his new name he uses his name nyroc and spells it backwards to make the name coryn and so he goes to the beyond the beyond and that’s all ill tell you cause I don’t want to give away the whole story so you guys can read it.

This book is a combination of stories about the galaxies most feared bounty hunters. This book is set from episode five to episode six. They bounty hunters are IG88 a robot assassin droid, Zucsus who pairs with a droid called 4LOM, Bossk a lizard creature, Dengar a cyborg bounty hunter and the famous Boba Fett. My favourite story is Dengar because it is very long and interesting. I recommend this book to people who like star wars A LOT because it is very complicating.posted by Bruce

This book is about two kids,Kendra and Seth. They go to visit their Grandpa who lives on an acerage. They soon learn the secret about how the acreage is really a secret refuge for magical creatures a family and a gigantic cow. My favorite part is when they discover the secrets and creatures the name of the refuge is Fablehaven. Many things happen here especially on festival nights. My favorite part is when Seth disobeys Grandpa Sorenson's directions and is tricked on a festival night, he opens the window when he sees a baby on the roof with some wolves, scared that it will fall or that the wolfs will attack it. Seth opens the window and the baby and the wolves jump in turn into goblins and attack! Will Seth and his sister Kendra survive the night? Find out when you read Fablehaven Book #1

This is the second book in the very addicting Splinter Cell series. It tells the story of Sam Fisher, the first and best Splinter Cell. This time he has got to stop the Shop from attacking Taiwan and starting World War 3. It's just as exiting as the origanal. My favourite part is when he sneaks onto the aircraft hanger owned by the Shop.
I think people who like action, adventure, and suspense should read this book.

A Girls’ Book: How to Be the Best at Everything

This book is about (obviously) how to be the best at everything. It teaches you things like how to send a message in Morse code (…---…) (SOS), how to be the best at text messaging (IMO)
(In my opinion) this is a great book, how to convince people you are an animal expert (slugs have four noses) and my favourite… How to cross Niagara Falls on a tightrope.
I think girls who love and strive for perfection and who want to learn new things, that may or may not be helpful depending on who you are should read this book because it is a good read and like I said teaches people new skills and talents that may or may not are important whether to pull a prank on a sister or brother or just to have fun on a boring day.

This is a very addicting book based on Tom Clancys Tm best selling video game. It tells the story of Sam Fisher, the first and most highly trained Splinter Cell( Spy that works for Third Echelon, A secret Agency whose existence is denied by the goverment). Another Splinter Cell has been killed, and Sam Fisher has got to stop the Shop( A weapons dealer group). The Splinter Cell that got killed had imformation on another group, the Shadows. My favourite part is the intro. Sam Fisher in the casino, trying to get info.
I think people who like action, spying, lots of detail, and suspense should read this book.

This book is about a girl named Kaya. She is a Nez Perce Indian in the United States in the year 1764. She loves riding horses, but it gets her into trouble when she forgets to watch her younger brothers. Her mistakes cause the village to give her a terrible nickname which she does not like. The story tells how she tries to do better things with her horse, so people will forget the nickname and let her be herself again. Dear Mr. Henshaw begins with Leigh Botts writing a letter to his favourite author, Mr. Henshaw, as a class assignment. The author writes back and asks Leigh some questions that his mother insists he answer. As Leigh answers Mr. Henshaw, we learn about his struggles with his parents divorce, being the new kid in town, and his feelings about being 'just medium'. Mr. Henshaw encourages Leigh to keep a diary, and the book is written as a combination of letters between the two and diary entries.
One of my favourite parts of the book happens when Leigh is so sick of his desserts being stolen from his lunch box that he rigs a lunchbox alarm to catch the thief!
I think most kids your age will like this book, especially anyone who sometimes feels 'just medium'.
